Welcome to the Official site for the
Ashley Lakes Homeowners' Association
Presidents
Message
Dear Fellow Homeowners,
I am pleased to welcome new homeowners
on Stoneview Road, Jacobson
Drive, Fareham Road, Vanderbilt
Road, and Curzon Way. It is good
to see new residents in the community
occupying some of those empty
homes.
I want to thank those homeowners who responded
to our article in the last newsletter
on tree maintenance by up-limbing their
trees. I have asked our Ashley
Lakes Community Pride Group to
undertake a special project this Fall to help
the homeowners who were unable to
up-limb their street trees in return for a donation
to Community Pride. This project
is vital to the aesthetic appeal of our
community streetscape. You
will start to see a number of changes at
both of the Ashley Lakes Parks:
• The picnic tables have been leveled and
secured at both Parks.
*New fencing
has been installed at the
Fareham Park to stop the
foot traffic from Holiday Lakes
(Special Thanks to Charles Puccini
for making this happen.)
• Both Parks will be open from 8:00AM until
Sundown (same hours as our state parks
in Florida).
• Signs will be installed at both Parks reflecting
the new hours and no trespassing
after Sundown.
• A plan to light Fareham Park has been approved,
and we are working on the implementation
schedule.
• The park at Jacobson & Harcourt Place
is planned to be lighted later
in the year.
These are just a few steps in achieving our
goal of “Making
Ashley Lakes a Great
and Safe Place to Live.”
Sincerely,
Kevin R. Hansut,
President
